Is InfinitMax® an Indoor & Outdoor Court Shoe?

InfinitMax® is a hybrid shoe, designed to perform exceptionally well on both indoor and outdoor surfaces. Its sole provides excellent grip without catching on polished wood or synthetic courts, allowing for smooth, controlled movement. The low-profile design ensures flexibility and lightweight comfort for versatile play on any surface.

Are They Waterproof?

While the InfinitMax® shoes aren’t waterproof, they are crafted with durable materials that provide comfort, support, and long-lasting performance in various conditions. For heavy rain or submersion, additional waterproofing may be required.

I Don’t Wear Ankle Braces. Is This For Me?

InfinitMax® is engineered with cutting-edge technology to provide exceptional ankle support and comfort. While it’s perfect for supporting a recovering ankle, we believe prevention is better than cure, making it an ideal choice for anyone looking to protect their ankles and stay injury-free.

Can I Wear Orthotics in Them?

Absolutely. We understand that everyone’s feet are unique, with individual needs for support, arch alignment, and stability. InfinitMax® features removable insoles, allowing you to easily replace them with your own orthotics or custom insoles for a perfect fit and extra support.

Will They Restrict My Movement on Court?

No, and that was a purposeful part of the design. Our Founder experienced how braces, which didn’t integrate well with shoes, restricted her movement on the court. That’s why InfinitMax® provides ankle protection at the point of inversion/eversion, without compromising flexibility or performance.

Are They Heavy?

Weighing in at just 0.93kg, InfinitMax® is incredibly light, especially compared to wearing both a shoe and a brace.

How Do I Clean My InfinitMax®?

We recommend using a water-based, non-toxic sports shoe cleaner and sponge to clean your InfinitMax® shoes. Apply the cleaning product as instructed in the user manual. We do not recommend using a brush of any kind on the upper material of the shoe, as this may cause damage to the material.

International Shipping & Duties

Do I have to pay postage and duty fees for international orders?

Yes – for all orders placed outside of the UK and Australia, shipping costs will be calculated and charged at checkout.

If your order is being shipped internationally and import duties or taxes apply, these are the responsibility of you, the customer, and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority in your country.

If you choose not to pay the required duty and the shipment is returned to us, we will need to deduct the return shipping cost, and your order will be considered non-refundable.
