Refund and Return Policy

If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it.

We do not accept returns on our InfinitBase socks, except for in circumstances where they are faulty, in which case please contact us at hello@elandrsport.com and we will be happy to look into this for you. 

Returns

 

How to return an item

    1. Fill in your details
      Complete the returns slip and include it in your parcel. 
    2. Pack your item
      We offer a 30 day money back guarantee and accept returns in any worn condition.
    3. Email us
      Email hello@elandrsport.com to let us know you're returning or exchanging an item. If we're not informed, we can't guarantee a refund or replacement.
    4. Post your return
      Stick the returns label from your original package onto the outside of your paper mailer. Please don't send returns in a box, as the postage weight won't cover it. Remember to include the completed returns slip inside the parcel.
    5. Refunds and exchanges
      Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method, or send out your exchange item, subject to availability

Refunds

Once we have received and booked in your return, we will process your refund. Please note this can take between 2-5 working days for completion. 
Buying more than one pair?


Our 12% (two pairs) and 15% (three pairs) discounts are for keeping the full set. They can't be used together with any other discount code.

 

If you return some of the pairs and keep others, we'll work out your refund based on the price you'd have paid for just the pairs you're keeping, at full price. This means the discount only applies when you keep the whole bundle.

For example: Buy 2 pairs at 12% off: £288.64 total.
Return 1, keep 1: you'll be refunded £124.64, and you'll have paid £164 (full price) for the pair you kept.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, socks, downloadable products, and any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
