While the InfinitMax® shoes aren’t waterproof, they are crafted with durable materials that provide comfort, support, and long-lasting performance in various conditions. For heavy rain or submersion, additional waterproofing may be required.

Absolutely. We understand that everyone’s feet are unique, with individual needs for support, arch alignment, and stability. InfinitMax® features removable insoles, allowing you to easily replace them with your own orthotics or custom insoles for a perfect fit and extra support.

No, and that was a purposeful part of the design. Our Founder experienced how braces, which didn’t integrate well with shoes, restricted her movement on the court. That’s why InfinitMax® provides ankle protection at the point of inversion/eversion, without compromising flexibility or performance.

Weighing in at just 0.93kg, InfinitMax® is incredibly light, especially compared to wearing both a shoe and a brace.

We recommend using a water-based, non-toxic sports shoe cleaner and sponge to clean your InfinitMax® shoes. Apply the cleaning product as instructed in the user manual. We do not recommend using a brush of any kind on the upper material of the shoe, as this may cause damage to the material.

Do I have to pay postage and duty fees for international orders?

Yes – for all orders placed outside of the UK and Australia, shipping costs will be calculated and charged at checkout.

If your order is being shipped internationally and import duties or taxes apply, these are the responsibility of you, the customer, and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority in your country.

If you choose not to pay the required duty and the shipment is returned to us, we will need to deduct the return shipping cost, and your order will be considered non-refundable.

The reason the zip on your InfinitMax® may feel harder to do up sometimes is due to the unique technology housed within the shoe. Our shoes are designed with multiple layers of advanced materials and support systems to ensure that your feet stay secure, comfortable, and protected during every move. This means that the fit can be a bit snug as the shoe's inner structure works to keep your foot in place, especially around the ankle and heel area.

Take Your Time: Don’t rush the process. When zipping up your Elandrs, take it slow and be patient. Gently guide the zip and don’t force it.

Ensure the Lace is Properly Positioned: Sometimes, the laces might be caught in the zipper or might not be fully tucked away. Make sure the laces are neatly tucked out of the way, and that they aren’t blocking the zip’s path.

Pull the fabric on either side of the zip together: If you’re still having trouble, trying pulling in the fabric on either side of the zip together, and then with one hand hold the sides of the zip as close together as you can while doing up the zip with the other hand.

When you’re gearing up for your next match or training session, you want everything to be perfectly in place—especially your laces. You’ve tightened them, but now what? No one wants their laces to get in the way or stick out and look bulky. At Elandr, we’ve designed our shoes with looped laces and a secure lace lock to make sure everything stays exactly where it needs to be, so you can focus on your performance, not your footwear.

Step-by-Step Guide to Keeping Your Laces Tidy and Secure:

1. Tighten the Laces: Start by pulling both cords upwards and outwards away from the shoes to tighten them, ensuring that your shoes fit snugly. The looped laces provide extra security for a comfortable and supportive fit, helping to eliminate any slipping while you're on the move.

2. Use the Lace Lock to Secure the Fit: After tightening the laces, use the lace lock to firmly hold them in place. The lace lock is designed to ensure your shoes stay tight and secure throughout your activity, eliminating the need for constant re-adjustment.

3. Tuck the Laces Down the Front of the shoe: Once your laces are securely locked, and before zipping up the cloak of your shoes, gently pull the loose ends down over your forefoot in the direction of your toes. This helps streamline the shoe’s look while keeping everything in place.

4. Tuck the Laces Under the Loops: Next, take the ends of the laces and tuck them underneath another lace loop from the section above your forefoot. This extra step keeps the laces from moving and looking untidy or bulky.

5. Tuck the Laces into the Cloak of the Shoe Above the Toes: Finally, tuck the remaining lace ends into the cloak of the shoe above the toes. This creates a clean, finished look while ensuring that the laces stay completely hidden and secure.

6. Zip your shoes up: Your laces should now be fastened, secured, and tucked neatly out of the way, so you're ready to conquer the court.
