Review Prize Draw

Every review of an Elandr product bought from elandrsport.com earns an entry into our monthly draw for a pair of InfinitSkin ankle protection socks. A review with a photo or video earns two entries. Your star rating makes no difference.

Terms and conditions

  1. The promoter is Elanders Sport Limited, trading as Elandr, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB, company number 15248947 ("Elandr", "we").
  2. The first draw takes place on 20 November 2026 and covers reviews submitted from 8 October 2026 to 23:59 on 19 November 2026. The draw then runs monthly until we end it. We will give at least 30 days' notice on this page before ending or changing it.
  3. The draw is open to anyone who has bought an Elandr product from elandrsport.com and leaves a review of it. Elandr employees, their families and anyone professionally connected with the draw cannot enter.
  4. Entrants under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian to enter. We may ask for proof of that permission before sending a prize.
  5. To enter, submit a review through our review request email or the review form on our website. Each review earns one entry. A review that includes a photo or video earns two entries.
  6. Your star rating and what you write have no effect on whether you are entered or how many entries you receive. Every genuine review counts equally.
  7. Reviews must describe your own experience of a product you bought. We will not count reviews that are fake, copied, abusive or unrelated to the product, in line with our review guidelines.
  8. Entry is free. You do not pay anything beyond the normal price of the product you are reviewing.
  9. Each monthly draw covers reviews submitted from 00:00 on the 20th of one month to 23:59 on the 19th of the next month (UK time). Entries do not carry over to the next month.
  10. One winner is picked at random from all valid entries on the 20th of each month. If the 20th falls on a weekend or bank holiday, we will draw on the next working day.
  11. The prize is one pair of InfinitSkin ankle protection socks in the winner's chosen size. There is no cash alternative. If InfinitSkin is unavailable, we may offer a prize of equal or greater value.
  12. We will email the winner within 3 working days of the draw. The winner must reply within 14 days to confirm their size and delivery address. If they do not, we will draw another winner.
  13. We will send the prize free of charge to a UK address within 14 days of the winner confirming their details. Prizes can only be sent to UK addresses.
  14. We will share the winner's full name on Elandr's Instagram and TikTok stories each month. We will not publish any other details. A winner who would prefer us to use their initials instead can tell us when they reply to our email.
  15. We use entrants' details only to run the draw, contact the winner and send the prize, as set out in the privacy notice below and our privacy policy.
  16. Elandr's decision on the draw is final. We may cancel or change the draw if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
  17. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Privacy notice for the draw

This notice explains how we use personal information for the Review Prize Draw. It adds to our main privacy policy.

What we use. Your name, your email address and the review you submitted, including whether it has a photo or video. If you win, we also use your size and UK delivery address.

Why. To record entries, pick a winner at random, contact the winner and send the prize. Our lawful basis is carrying out the draw under these terms.

Publicity. Each month we share the winner's full name on our Instagram and TikTok stories, in our legitimate interest in running a transparent draw. We do not publish any other details. Winners can ask us to use their initials instead, either when they reply to our email or at any time by writing to hello@elandrsport.com.

Who we share it with. Entries are held in Klaviyo, our email provider. Winners' delivery details are shared with our fulfilment partner so the prize can be sent.

How long we keep it. We keep draw records for 12 months after each draw and then delete them.

Under 18s. Our services are not aimed at children. Entrants under 18 may take part only with permission from a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information without your permission, contact hello@elandrsport.com and we will delete it.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@elandrsport.com. Full details of your rights and how to complain are in our privacy policy.
