Shipping Costs

• For all orders placed outside of the UK, shipping costs will be calculated and charged at checkout based on the destination and package weight except where we're running a specific sale and explicitly state that we are offering free shipping for the duration of the sale.

• Orders within the UK may are eligible for free shipping

International Orders & Customs

• If your order is being shipped internationally, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

• These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and are the responsibility of you, the customer. Payment must be made directly to your local customs authority when your order arrives.

Refused Shipments

• If you choose not to pay the required import duties or taxes and the shipment is returned to us, such returned orders are considered non-refundable, as we cannot resell items that have left our facility and been in transit internationally.
