At Elandr, we stand behind the performance and comfort of our InfinitMax shoes. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to give you peace of mind when trying them for the first time.
What is covered:
● This guarantee applies to one pair of InfinitMax shoes per customer.
● It covers purchases made directly through our official online store.
Guarantee period:
● You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or store credit. Outside of this time frame we are not able to accept returns.
Conditions for returns:
● You are welcome to wear your InfinitMax on indoor or outdoor netball courts, during this trial period.
● Please return your InfinitMax to us using the returns form we sent you in your original order. Ensure you fill out the form including your name and email address as instructed and the reason for returning your item/s.
● Please note you are responsible for your item/s until they have been delivered back to us and safely received, therefore please note down your tracking number so that you can monitor the return.
Refund process:
● Customers may choose either a full refund to the original payment method or store credit.
● Elandr will cover the cost of return shipping - please use the prepaid return label we sent you in your original order.
● Refunds/store credits will be processed once the returned shoes are received and assessed. Elandr may be not able to process a refund or exchange if the item is not safely received at our warehouse.
Our goal is to give you confidence in your purchase while ensuring fairness for all our customers.
Repairs
If your item/s are faulty, please email us at hello@elandrsport.com to report the issue and we'll do everything we can to get your shoes back to a usable condition. Depending on the fault, this may include offering to repair them for you free of charge. We want you to get the most out of every pair, so don't hesitate to get in touch - we're always happy to help.
We do not have a time limit on repairs, so whether your shoes are new or not we will do our best to assist you so that you can get back on court in them as quickly as possible.
Please note that, while our soles are made with a robust slow-wearing rubber, it is natural for them to wear down over time. We are not able to repair the soles of shoes that have been worn for longer than the duration of our 30-day guarantee.
Exchanges
Not quite the right fit? No problem. We offer free exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Just email us at hello@elandrsport.com and we'll assist you. You'll need to use the prepaid label and fill in the return form, adding a note that the item is being exchanged along with the size or colour you'd like instead.
